It is a 3 layers bonded fabric. 1st layer : 200D*200D twill fabric 300gsm. 2nd layer: transparent TPU film.3rd layer : 190gsm polar fleece. The bonding makes the fabric water proof and more wind proof. It is soft touching and winkle fee.
